Crumpets are one of the most underrated breakfast foods of all time. They’re often passed over for the pancake or thrown to the side in favour of an English muffin. But listen, they’re delicious. They’re soft and squishy and decadent and they go with pretty much every breakfast topping imaginable. Butter and jam? Sure thing. Eggs and bacon? Easy. Fruit and nuts? Oh, well we’re so glad you asked.
